My 91 year old mom was new to the area and had issues with her older lexus. I looked for an auto shop that appeared to have real world reviews written by genuine customers. Yelp is loaded with fake reviews. But these folks seemed to have some realistic non platitude comments. Turns out picking Shannom was not only the right move but so enthused my mother she cant stop talking about it. Now shes bugging me to write something. To make a long story short she needed an alternator and a battery. The final price was not only exceptionally fair in my opinion it was the service that was unexpected. They provided her with a ride to her home and back and washed her car inside and out. People dont seem to go the extra mile or more importantly show respect to the elders of our society. This is a truly altruistic business that gives back to the community in fairness and respect. This is a business model that all american entrepreneurs should strive to achieve. Thank you for taking care of my mom and god bless.
