These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website shannonfamilyautomotive.com and your interactions with Shannon Family Automotive. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Shannon Family Automotive provides automotive repair and maintenance services for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, and select other vehicles at our facility located at 1143 Sibley St, Folsom, CA 95630. Service availability is subject to scheduling and vehicle eligibility.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Online or phone appointments are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our staff. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline service at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All repair estimates are provided in good faith based on initial inspection. Final charges may differ if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will obtain your approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate. You have the right to authorize or decline any additional repairs.
4. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Vehicles left at our facility are done so at the owner's risk for conditions outside of our control (e.g., weather, theft, or acts of God). We carry general liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage not noted at drop-off. We will conduct a visual inspection and note any pre-existing damage upon vehicle intake.
Vehicles not picked up within 72 hours of completion notice may be subject to storage fees.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.
6. Loaner Vehicles
Loaner vehicles are offered on a limited, first-come basis and are subject to availability. Use of a loaner vehicle requires a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Loaner vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level and in the same condition as provided. Damage to loaner vehicles is the responsibility of the borrower.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shannon Family Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Shannon Family Automotive and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
